I started Pilates with Angela at 14 weeks pregnant, and carried on right up until 42! I’d never done it before, but wanted to stay as fit and Flexible as possible during my pregnancy. As a first time mum, I had lots of questions about what aches and pains were normal, and how they could be avoided. Angela was great at giving individual advice, such as specific stretches and exercises for certain areas. The class as a whole is tailored to different levels of difficulty for different stages of pregnancy, and Angela is really helpful in correcting everyone’s positioning during the class, so that we get maximum benefit. The stretches in the class really helped with the aches and pains of late pregnancy, and I usually left feeling fresh and energetic for the only time during the week! Laura, Oxford
