What is power walking and how can it help me?

Power walking is the ultimate way to getting your body back into shape after giving birth, without leaving your baby behind. We will start with a gentle warm up walk and take the pace up if you feel like you want to. We will also look to include some upper body and lower body toning exercises which you can either do with your baby or without. This helps with mother and baby bonding. We will end with a gentle cool down and stretches.
